澳洲通訊及媒體管理局（Australian Communications and Media Authority, ACMA）於2020年11月公布《2020廣播電視服務（澳洲內容與兒童電視）標準，Broadcasting Services（Australian Content and Children’s Television） Standards 2020》草案，並進行公眾意見徵詢。新草案主要是配合澳洲通訊、網路安全及藝術部長（the Minister of Communications, Cyber Safety and the Arts）自2020年9月以來的政策要求，為使廣播電視業者製播一定比例的澳洲本土內容，同時規範兒少及廣告等特定電視節目內容，因此擬定新草案，以要求商業廣播電視臺遵循。
