歐盟《數位服務法（Digital Services Act, DSA）》訂定之「獨立審查授權法（Delegated Act on Independent Audits）」於2024年2月22日正式生效，將提供超大型線上平臺（Very Large Online Platforms, VLOPs）、超大型線上搜尋引擎（Very Large Online Search Engines, VLOSEs）及審查組織指導框架。
