香港通訊事務管理局辦公室（Office of the Communications Authority, OFCA）於2023年12月15日修訂《電視、電臺節目及廣告標準實務守則（Codes of Practice on Programme and Advertising Standards, CoP）》，包括放寬監管要求及引入《國家安全法》之具體法規，已於同日刊登《香港政府憲報》後生效。
