歐盟執委會（European Commission, EC）日前發布2份由歐洲視聽觀測站（European Audiovisual Observatory, EAO）提供的歐洲影音分享平臺（Vido-Sharing platforms, VSPs）測繪報告（Mapping Report），分別為《2022年影音分享平臺─線上非法與有害內容適用規範之測繪報告更新版（Mapping of national rules applicable to video-sharing platforms: illegal and harmful content online – 2022 update）》和《影音分享平臺─商業通訊服務適用規範之測繪報告（Mapping report on the rules applicable to video-sharing platforms - Focus on commercial communications）》。

英國通訊管理局（Ofcom）於2022年10月20日發布首份針對影音分享平臺（Video-Sharing Platforms, VSPs）的報告，以了解TikTok、Snapchat以及Twitch等影音分享平臺針對避免用戶遭受線上傷害所採取的措施。報告發現，英國較小型的成人影音分享平臺不具足以防止孩童存取色情內容的控制措施，用戶登入發布內容時雖有年齡核對措施，然而用戶通常可以自我聲明已年滿18歲以存取成人內容。

英國通訊管理局（Office of Communications, Ofcom）於2020年10月21日發布網路影音分享平臺規範指南（Regulating Video-Sharing Platforms: A Guide to The New Requirements on Vsps and Ofcom’s Approach to Regulation），旨在要求總部位於英國的網路影音分享平臺（Video-Sharing Platforms, VSP）
